Just a few housekeeping notes as we get ready for NBS 2023 in Vail! September 13th is an important date:
You MUST be a paid member of Sunshine Slopers to receive ANY of the NBS discounts!! This includes lodging, ski lift tickets, group travel, etc…. If you have not paid your $60 yearly dues, please do so by September 13th via Zelle ([email protected]) or Cash App ($SunshineSlopers) and note what it is for.
Our interim Membership Chair, Dr. Cathia Darling, will be contacting those who have started paying on their lodging and lift tickets if you are not up-to-date on your membership dues.
If you are planning to attend, registration is $300 til September 13; on September 14, it goes up to $375. Registration entitles you to get the discounted room rate on The Grand Hyatt, NBS ski lift rates, Epic pass, ability to attend all the parties, concerts, comedy shows, etc… Click this link to register: https://meetups.ski.com/sunshine-slopers-ski-2023
There is ONE 2 bedroom ($1875 per pillow) left for us to fill; if you know someone who is on the fence about going to Vail with The Slopers, the deadline to decide is September 13th; after that, I will let NBS know that we want to drop that room so that we will not be charged for it. We can fill the condo with 4 people or if 2 people want their own condo and own rooms, they have to pay the single supplement each ($3750.)
If you are interested in renting this LAST condo, I would need a $300 deposit from each person by September 12.
